All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Allow 2 additional business days for made to order items such as stacker rings.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer standard shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
While we’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, we’ll do our best to help you locate your package if it’s lost or delayed. Please contact us if you have concerns.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your jewelry! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must in the same condition as received.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Commissioned pieces

  • Sale items

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

Exchanges:
Need a different ring size? Contact us — we’re happy to resize if customer covers shipping.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please send photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll work with you to fix the item or issue a refund.
